Returns
- Unused, unwashed items are returnable within 30 days of purchase for store credit, minus shipping. For orders that qualified for free shipping, original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. If you would prefer a refund to your credit card or paypal account refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You must contact me for an RMA before returning any merchandise.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition (no pet hair, cigarette odors, etc.)
- Any used or damaged merchandise returned to us will be held until the customer pays for shipping the item back to them.
- Unused, unwashed items can be exchanged for a different size or color if necessary. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Mommy's Touch has a repair department that will repair any Mommy's Touch products within 6 months of purchase. Damage due to improper use or care is not covered (i.e. washing with bleach). The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending an item in for repair. Mommy's Touch will pay to ship it back to you. Items out of warrenty may be able to be repaired for a small fee. Please contact us for information if you need repair service.
- All sales are final on Clearance Merchandise.
Cancellations
We pack up and ship orders as quickly as possible. Often times orders are processed and packed just minutes after receiving them. Due to this fact, cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If your order has already shipped you will need to refer to the our Return Policy above.
Errors & Omissions Policy
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or store partners, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.

Buy ONE Mommy's Touch Easy Clean Diaper, or Mommy's Touch All-In-One. Try the diaper on your baby. Use it. Wash it. If you don't like it, for any reason, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping charges. If you've purchased more than one diaper, the others are returnable too as long as they are unused and unwashed. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Please note the charges to your credit card will show up as "Diaperco" on your credit card statement. Payment can also be made by check or money order. Make checks payable to "Diaperco." Orders paid for by personal check will not ship for 7-14 days while we wait for the check to clear. Orders paid for by cashiers check or money order will ship as soon as payment is received. If no check or money order is received within 2 weeks of date the order was placed, the order will be canceled and all merchandise returned to stock unless we hear from you.
